Beach 824 is a 200 m long sand beach, fringed by boulder beaches and backed by grassy slopes that rise steeply to a 60 m high ridge line. The beach is almost awash at high tide, with a 50 m wide low tide bar and a permanent rip against the northern rocks.
All three beaches have permanent hazards, including boulders and headland rips on the longer two beaches. Use care if swimming, particularly toward low tide when the rips are strongest.
Chance of a break over the bar and rips on the two more sandy beaches.
All three offer plenty of rocks to fish from, plus the permanent and beach rip holes.
Three exposed, sandy beaches, dominated by the surrounding slopes and headlands.
