Beach

Beach T 865 lies another 500 m to the northeast in a small west-facing rocky embayment, midway to Gannet Gulch. The 80 m long beach faces west out of the rocky 150 m wide bay and receives waves averaging about 1 m which maintain a 50 m wide bar with rocks and reefs to either side and a sandy channel winding out though the rocky bay floor. The beach is backed by a low foredune then the Sandy Cape track, with a solitary fishing shack located amongst the rocky shore 200 m west of the beach.
