Beaches NT 226 and NT 227 are two small pockets of sand located at the base of 20 m high scarps on the eastern side of the narrow headland that separates them from beach NT 225. They are 100 m and 150 m long respectively and consist of a narrow strip of high tide sand fronted by 500 m wide mud flats.
