On the south side of the low Rocky Point is a 4 km long, north-east facing beach that extends down to the protected lee of Cooper Point, capped by 200 m high Mount Cooper. There is access to the north end of the beach from Bramston Beach, which leads to a few houses set behind the beach. There is no other development and no facilities. The beach has a moderately steep high tide beach, fronted by a continuous, 50 m wide bar, which widens considerably toward Cooper Point, resulting in shallow shoals extending several hundred metres off the southern end of the beach.
Beach Length: 4km
