Bingal Bay is an open, east facing bay, occupying the 5 km of coast between Garner Beach and Clump Point (Fig. 4.21). The Bingal Bay Road reaches the coast at Bingal Bay Beach, while all six beaches in the bay are accessible by vehicle. There are some shops at Bingal Bay, but otherwise limited tourist facilities. There are three beaches in the northern part of the bay - Brooks, Bingal Bay and Bicton Hill. Bicton Hill Beach (781) is a 100 m long pocket of high tide sand, fronted by more rocks than sand at low tide. It is backed by the Bingal Bay Road, with limited street parking.
