One kilometre north-west of Archer Point is the largest beach in this area. It is 300 m long and faces east into the Trades, resulting in waves averaging 0.5 m. The beach is composed of fine sand which produces a narrow high tide beach and a 100 m wide intertidal beach at low tide. It is bordered to the south by the rising slopes of 175 m high Mount Archer. A vehicle track leads to the rear of the beach, where there is a clearing in the casuarinas used for camping. Fishers also launch boats from the beach at high tide.
Beach Length: 0.3km
