Immediately east of the southern end of Agnes Water Beach is a 200 m long, rocky headland, on the southern side of which begins a series of generally small, rock-bound beaches that extend for 7 km to Red Rock. The first three beaches lie within 300 m of the point and, although close to Agnes Water, they are only accessible by 4WD or on foot. Beach 1473 lies immediately to the south, is 50 m long and bordered by sloping rocky headlands and platforms. The beach has a moderately steep high tide beach and a 60 m wide low tide bar, usually with one rip running beside the rocks.
