The 2 km of coast between Joyce and Lovers Bays is all a marine park, while the backing slopes are part of the national park. This section of coast is well worth visiting, as it contains these four small, usually calm and picturesque bays and beaches. Lovers Bay (MT20) is a tiny, 30 m pocket of sand wedged in below White Rock. It faces north-west and provides both anchorage and access to the rocks.
