The 2 km of coast between Joyce and Lovers Bays is all a marine park, while the backing slopes are part of the national park. This section of coast is well worth visiting, as it contains these four small, usually calm and picturesque bays and beaches. Norris Bay (MT18) is a 100 m long, north facing, open bay with the narrow high tide beach located at the base of steep, woody slopes.
