Two kilometers south of the farm is the small 200 m wide bay which contains two protected pocket beaches. The northern beach (F-9) is a 60 m pocket of high tide sand fronted by continuous bedrock, while beach F-10 is similar only 120 m in length with some open sand in the centre. Another 2 km further south, past the site of the Kapara wreck, is beach F-11 a more exposed 100 m long boulder beach exposed to waves averaging over 1 m. It is backed by 20 m high vegetated bluffs.
