Beach F-19 lies immediately to the north and is a 1.3 km long northwest facing moderately protected beach, backed by low bluffs and some active dunes. It is fronted by deeper reefs which lower the waves to about 1 m at the shore, where they surge up a steep reflective beach. The northern boundary is a curving granite point, on the northern side of which is beach F-20, an 800 m long west facing reflective beach, bordered by a prominent northern headland and granite rock platforms, with bedrock reefs both outcropping along parts of the beach and extending 500 m off the southern point. The reefs lower the waves to about 1 m at the shore.
