Beach 30 is an 80 m long pocket of sand dominated by the 5 m high limestone bluffs, which form its boundaries and protrude up to 100 m off the western end. In addition the limestone forms shallow reefs off the beach. During higher waves a permanent rip drains the small surf zone.
