Bucks Bay is the bay for Carpenters Rocks an older fishing settlement, with the fishing boats moored in the bay (Fig. 4.6). The settlement has been slowly growing since the 1970’s and now includes a store, phone and basic facilities. Most visitors also launch their boat across the hard sand beach (41) from the ramp at the end of the main road, adjacent to which is a large car park.
