Between the harbour and Cape Northumberland is a 600 m long sandy beach (12) part of which has built out up to 100 m onto the fronting rock flats. Creek Road backs part of the beach with vehicle tracks running through the scrub across the wider section to the usually calm shoreline. Owing to the rock flats it is unsuitable for swimming or surfing, and can only be fished at high tide.
Beach Length: 0.6km
General Hazard Rating: 3/10
