Riddoch Bay (3) has more continuous offshore reefs and consequently lower waves at the shore, averaging about 0.5 m, which maintain a continuous bar and usually no rips. Eight Mile Drain cuts the eastern end of the beach, with smaller Deep Creek toward the western end. The track adjacent to the drain provides beach access and the area is used as a camp site. The low gradient sandy beach that grades into a steep cobble beach at aptly named Stony Point.
