On the north side of the town is a 70 m long east facing steep shingle beach (332) fronted by rock flats, and backed by the reserve. In the town is first the small 50 m long sand beach (333) on the south side of the boat ramp, with the caravan park on the backing bluffs, and 200 m to the south, a second 100 m long low beach (334) running south of the southern jetty. A slipway also crosses this beach, with boats both stored on the beach and moored over the sand flats.
