Gym Beach (421) lies immediately north of the park boundary, and is accessible along a 3 km road off the Marion Bay road, with a car park at the southern end. The 1.2 km long beach faces northwest and receives waves averaging 0.5 m, increasing slightly up the beach. There are deeper reefs off the beach, some of which provide surf during larger swell.
