Beach T 119 is located 700 m to the south on the northern side of Mariposa Point. The point provides some protection to the curving 100 m long embayed beach. It consists of a curving high tide boulder beach with a strip of intertidal sand, then shallow inter- and sub-tidal rocks filling the small bay, with waves breaking over the rocks up to 100 m offshore. The beach is backed by private land with a house occupying the point. A slipway and boat ramp are located in lee of the tip of the point.
