Beach T 1129 is a 70 m long strip of high tide cobbles and sand, located 500 m west of the heads at the base of a 50 m high basalt cliff. It is fronted by sloping 50 m wide intertidal rock flats, with two low-lying basalt arms extending 100 m offshore to either side.
