Little Beach (KI 59) lies in the southern corner of the harbour and faces northwest across the bay. It is a curving 200 m long low gradient, low energy reflective beach composed of sand and cobbles. It is backed by a sloping grassy park, with the boat ramp, port jetty and facilities located at the eastern end of the beach. Big Beach (KI 60) occupies much of the eastern shore of the harbour. It extends for 500 m north of the port jetty curving to the north then northwest, crossing the small mouth of Camp Creek, to a small 20 m high northern boundary point.
