Beach KI 16 is located 2.5 km to the south and lies across the mouth of the small Barrier Creek. The curving 100 m long beach faces southeast and is bordered and backed by steep rocky slopes rising to 60-70 m with the creek emerging from a narrow V-shaped valley. The beach usually blocks the mouth of the creek damming a small lagoon behind, while it is breeched and partly eroded during heavy rain. Cleared farmland occupies the backing slopes.
Beach Length: 0.1km
