Duck Bay lies 700 m to the northwest. It is a curving 150 m wide bay, with a narrow 100 m long cobble beach (KI 76) curving around the base. The bay floor is filled with reefs, which extend outside the bay and up to 600 m seaward. Transgressive dunes extend up to 3 km northwest of the bay and cover the entire backing terrain up to Whistler Point and the southern shore of Quarantine Bay.
