Grey River Beach is the only one of the six that has public access, with a car park and shady picnic area next to the beach. Unfortunately, the beach is often more boulder than sand, and is usually unsuitable for bathing.

Swimming

All these beaches are unsuitable for safe bathing, apart from in the protected tidal pools at high tide.

Surfing

There is generally too much rock and not enough reef along this section for rideable surf.

Fishing

Most of the tracks to these beaches are made by fishers, who fish the extensive rock platforms.

General

A spectacular section of coast, best left for viewing and rock fishing.
