Beach WA 765 is located on the eastern side of the Channel and extends east for 250 m to a 200 m long groyne. The Koombana Bay sailing club is located at the rear of the beach. Numerous yachts are moored off the beach and a small jetty crosses the sand. Calm conditions usually prevail at the shore.
