Beach K 1291B lies 2 km to the south on the eastern side of the head and faces due east. It is a 200 m long sand beach bounded by rocks, with a small creek at the southern end and a patch of grassy foredune at the northern end. A small dark cobble-boulder beach is located 200 m to the west tucked inside the eastern tip of the head.
