One hundred metres to the south is beach NSW 606, a curving 330 m long east-facing beach, bordered to the south by the northern rocks of Bogola Head. Reefs off the head lower waves to about 1 m which maintain a usually attached bar, with a rip flowing out against the northern rocks. Cleared land and a small, largely infilled meandering lagoon backs the beach.
