The second is Resolute Beach (BB 7) located at the base of the next small valley 400 m to the south. It is a similar 60 m long sandy beach, wider than West Head and free of rocks (Fig. 4.185). Waves are slightly lower and as a consequence it is a more popular boat landing area. It can also be reached on foot down the 1 km long Resolute Track from West Head.
