Wilson Beach (NSW 407) is a 60 m long pocket of high tide sand located at the base of the 200 m wide Whale Cove and its boundary Whale Point and Abrahams Head. The beach is fronted by 30 m wide rock flats, faces north and receives usually low refracted waves. It can only be accessed on foot from Abrahams Boson, 500 m to the south. On the eastern side of Abrahams Head is 500 m wide north-facing Lobster Bay, bordered to the east by Little Beecroft Head. This is a rocky reef-filled bay, on the western side of which is a 120 m long section of sheltered sand (NSW 408), largely crossed and fronted by rock ridges and flats.
