The main Cape Driver beach (643) is a curving 950 m long sand beach, that begins in lee of the cape, and spirals up to the northern point. It is fronted by a mixture of rock and sand flats, with wave breaking out over the reefs and off the cape. It is backed by a low bluff, with a large shed located on the bluffs toward the southern end. South of the cape the shore trends to the southwest, and is dominated by the low sedimentary bluffs and fronting rock flats and reefs, with the beaches scattered between the bluffs and rocks.
