Beach 626 runs out to the point. The 1.4 km long beach is backed by bluffs for 600 m, which then give way to active sand dunes that move across the point from Mills Beach. The car park for both beaches is located 600 m from the point, with a 4WD required to reached the point and Mills beach. The point itself and eastern end of Mills Beach are fronted by rock flats and rock reefs.
