Beyond the low Kingscote Yacht Club is located on the south side of Rolls Point. The club house and boat shed occupy part of a grassy foreshore reserve, fronted by the moderately steep beach (KI-11), then 200 m wide sand flats and seagrass meadows. There is a car park right behind the beach, which is used for launching boats across the beach. The 500 m long beach terminates at a low rock outcrop, beyond which a second beach (KI-12) continues on in a similar manner for 450 m to a second low rock outcrop.
