Harveys Return lies 1 km east of Scott Cove, at the base of a steep valley. The beach was used as a landing site for material to construct the Cape Borda lighthouse. Today there is a car park and camping area on top of the 80 m high cliffs, with a steep track leading down to the beach. The 40 m long beach (KI-147) consists of a high tide boulder beach fronted by a narrow sand low tide bar. Jagged rock platforms border each side, and the remains of the jetty are located on the western headland.
Beach Length: 0.04km
General Hazard Rating: 5/10
