Beach KI-100 lies immediately east of Seal Bay beach. It is a 250 m long, southwest facing, exposed beach, bordered and backed by 50 m high cliffs and headlands, the latter extending 100 to 300 m seaward as reefs. In addition, shallow reefs lie along the centre of the beach. Waves average 1.5 to 2 m and maintain a 200 m wide surf zone with permanent rips at either end of the beach.
