Beach KI-115 faces southwest into the high swell and consists of a 140 m long pocket of sand, surrounded on three sides by steep, 40 m high bluffs and bordered by bedrock platforms, which also occur as reefs off the beach. Waves averaging 1.5 to 2 m break over a bar and reef, and one permanent rip drains the small embayment.
