Between Seal Beach and Sheoak Gully is 6 km of high cliffed coast, dissected in places by small creeks, and with small bedrock protrusions and bedrock debris littering the base of the cliffs. In amongst the rocks and debris are seven small boulder beaches, none of which are easily accessible. Seal Beach consists of two beaches formed on either side of a protruding, 200 m long, tombolo-like series of bedrock stacks. The western beach (KI-155) is 60 m long and faces west, while the eastern beach (KI-156) is 100 m long and faces east. Both are composed of cobbles and boulders and are bordered and fronted by rocks. A steep, densely vegetated valley runs down to the eastern beach.
