Beach 928 is 100 m long, while the northern beach 929 is 100 m long and terminates at a low bluff, which forms the southern point of the entrance to Kellide Bay. The sand flats narrow to less than 50 m off this beach. At the point the shore turns east, and beach 930 is a curving, crenulate 550 m long narrow beach, that faces north across 200 m wide sand flats and deeper Kellide Bay entrance channel.
