The remaining beaches are all located on the west facing shore and potentially receive higher wind waves, however shallow rock flats significantly lower wave height on some of the beaches. Beach 933 lies 2 km north of the ‘heel’ of the peninsula. It is a 250 m long southwest facing strip of sand on the southern side of a small cuspate foreland formed in lee of a low calcarenite outcrop. It is backed by a low foredune and fronted by 150 m wide sand flats. The northern side of the foreland is occupied by 450 m long beach 934, which is fronted by a mixture of sand and low rock flats, with rock reefs bordering each end.
