Beach 815 is located 500 m west of the lookout, with a 4WD track leading to the slopes above the eastern end. This beach is protected by headlands, an islet and reef and receives waves averaging less than 1 m, resulting in a usually steep reflective beach free of rips, though beachrock does dominate the western half (Fig. 4.134). Its neighbour beach 816 is 150 m long and also protected but more difficult to access owing to backing bluffs and fronted by rocks and reefs.
Beach Length: 0.2km
