The northern end of the bay is dominated by the low Peake Point and adjacent low headlands, which contain three beaches. Beach 735 extends for 1.8 km west of Peake Point, and consists of a curving southwest to south facing, sandy beach backed by some unstable dunes that have blown up to 400 m in from the beach, some reaching the back of beach 734. Cleared farmland backs the dunes.
