Middle Beach (235) is reached along the gravel Middle Beach Road. The 1.2 km long beach is almost encased in mangroves. Only the southern section at the mouth of the small Salt Creek is free of mangroves and is used for boat launching at high tide. There is a row of fishing shacks along the low shelly beach, most facing into the mangroves, with a camping area at the northern end of the shacks.
