On the eastern side of Cape Donnington is the cape beach (784) a 600 m long east to northeast facing white sand beach, usually fronted by a narrow attached bay. There is a gravel road to the southern end, where camping is permitted. Three hundred meters to the south is a 50 m pocket of sand (beach 785) in amongst the prominent granite rocks, accessible on foot or by 4WD.
