Four hundred meters to the south are the three southern beaches each located in slight indentations in a relative straight stretch of rocky shore. Beach 699 is a 50 m pocket of sand , with rocks and reef dominating the narrow surf zone. Beach 700 is a 100 m long strip of sand, while beach 701 is 150 m long, with a small creek crossing the centre of the beach and depositing rocks at the shore.
