Ponto Creek flows into the centre of a curving 400 m long sand beach (684), bordered by sloping 20 m high granite headlands, with a continuous bar fronting the beach. A vehicle track reaches the beach from the main Sheep Hill beach. Five hundred meters to the south is beach 685 a 120 m long pocket of sand bordered by granite rocks extending 50 m offshore. The vehicle tracks runs round the slopes behind the beach.
