Four hundred metres to the south is the 100 m long pocket beach 674, which is bordered and backed by granite boulders, with the sand only forming the lower beach and narrow bar. This is a more hazardous beach when waves are breaking owing to the boulders. Just to the south is beach 675, a 200 m long sand beach, backed by a small foredune and bordered by rocky granite headlands. The track from Cape Hardy reaches the back of this beach.
