Beach T 100 occupies the bulk of Burns Bay. It is a curving 100 m long sandy beach that faces west out the bay entrance. The boat ramp is located at the eastern end of the beach, with a car park and toilet block behind. Surfers park here to check out the northern side of St Helens Point, which during bigger south swell can produce a long left-hand break.
