Beach T 45 sweeps for 1.1 km from the boundary rocks to the next cluster of rocks at Picnic Point, with a few rocks also outcropping along the southern end of the beach. Other than these it is relative free of rocks and forms a near continuous lower gradient reflective to low tide terrace beach. The Deep Creek road runs along the rear of the beach.
