Beach T 1094 extends west of the river mouth to the eastern rocks of the low Titan Point. It is a moderately steep high tide sandy beach that extends for a total of 1 km to the sandy western side of the river mouth. It is fronted by steeply dipping rock flats that extend 100 m seaward, with a more sandy channel and seafloor adjacent to the river mouth. The highway runs around the base of the point and clips the western end of the beach with a seawall backing the first 200 m of the beach and a 50 m wide vegetated reserve in between. A vehicle track runs through the reserve to reach the river mouth (Fig. 4.238).
