Beach T 885 is located in a 150 m wide rock-bordered little bay in lee of Sarah Anne Rocks, with a 50 m wide sandy channel between the boundary points and reefs. The beach curves for 250 m between the boundary rocks with waves lowered to about 1 m at the shore where they usually break across a narrow low tide bar. The beach is backed by a low foredune then a cleared area containing about eight fishing shacks spread along the rear of the beach (Fig. 4.177), linked by a vehicle track to the Temma Road 1 km to the east. Small fishing boats are launched off the beach.
