Beach T 1015 lies 100 m to the east at the end of the rocky section. It curves slightly to the northeast for 300 m to a slight foreland formed in lee of inshore reefs, terminating at a low 50 m long vegetated rocky point. Wave energy continues to decrease east towards the cape, with waves averaging about 0.5 m at the shore and the low tide terrace narrowing to about 50 m. In addition to the boundary rocks and eastern reef, a reef also lies across the western low tide beach, with two pockets of clear low tide sand either side of the reef. The beach is backed by a low vegetated foredune, then coast heathland extends to the road 300 m inland. The beach can only be accessed on foot along the coastal track.
