Beach T 961 continues north for another 400 m as a double crenulate sandy beach containing three low rocky outcrops, which induce the small forelands, with the dense scrub continuing behind. The bar widens to 50 m as waves pick up to over 1 m. Beach T 962 is the northernmost strip of the sand and consists of a 150 m long beach largely fronted by ridges of rocks and reefs, with only the northern 30 m open to the sea. A vehicle track from Woolnorth Point reaches the beach, with dense scrub extending for 800 m to the eastern side of the low point.
